You gain a +1 trait bonus on checks with that skill, and it is always a class skill for you. Arty was found very young by a Dwarft merchant who took care of him. This allowed Arty to travel through the vast empty world. He has met many adventurers and henchmen, even bandits that his father hired from city to city in order to safety traverse the wilderness. His father was not a religious man, but he always offered a prayer to Desna, the creator of the heavens, and wished for luck and safe travels. Arty always prays and finishes with "Mother Moon Guide Me" as his father diligently did. He has always been nimble on his feet and his father swears he has Desna's fortune, as he has seen his son get out of impossible situations when he thought for sure he was gone. Desna had become a popular deity, since many believed gaining her favor would allow them to join her in the heavens and escape this bleak world. Thieves and gamblers asked for luck, bards for her favor and explorers for safe travels. Many a times had a butterfly carving had saved them from danger by guiding them out of peril. Arty had become quite fateful of Desna and also left notes that would lead any traveler who found them to safety. As a devotee and Arty finally left his father side to study and worship Desna. Through his travels, he has self taught as much as he could from clerics he has found and fellow followers. He is astonished by magic, traveling, and the vast world, as bleak as it may be. However, he longs for freedom and hardly ever follows rules if they get in the way of his goals. He has learned to harness the magical powers and create items to aid him, though the materials have proven rare to find. As he arrived to a new city, he quickly found a job from a company who generously provided a vast sum of gold in exchange of his services. "Plenty more where this came from, Desna requests your aid".
